Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

At ElectroRodin, each item is carefully crafted to order—many of our products involve personalization, custom dimensions, or handmade adjustments. As such, we do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Customized items (e.g., custom number of spirals, specific rotation direction, selected sizes or colors)

  • Products visibly used or altered by the customer

  • Items returned without prior authorization

However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.

Requesting a Return

To request a return for a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at 📧 electrorodin@gmail.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of the product condition and packaging

Once approved, we may offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the case. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our part.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are only issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Personalized products that differ from standardized options are non-refundable.

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect, we can resend it, but new shipping charges will apply.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
