Processing and Fulfillment

All items on ElectroRodin are made to order using 3D printing or silicone molding. We do not maintain warehouse inventory. Orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days, depending on current production volume. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

All products are handmade in Italy and dispatched via Packlink courier integrations (including Poste Italiane, UPS, and DHL depending on destination).

Shipping Zones, Methods & Pricing

We ship across Italy, Europe, the USA, and selected international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and reflect real courier prices.

Typical costs and timeframes:

Italy: €5.90 – Delivery in 2–4 business days
Europe (EU): €6.50–€8.50 depending on size – Delivery in approx. 4–10 business days
United States: $23.00 USD flat rate – Estimated delivery in 7–15 business days
Other countries: Dynamic pricing shown at checkout

Prices include tracking where available. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance or regional delays. Any customs, VAT, or import duties incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Issues & Contact

If your item arrives damaged, is delayed, or tracking shows no movement, please contact us at electrorodin@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll help open a claim and send a replacement if appropriate.

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Once an item is marked "delivered" by the courier, liability transfers to the customer.
